Readers Write: The people behind the coronavirus statistics

We hear and see from the media, governor and mayor the numbers of those who have died from COVID-19.

But in my opinion, these numbers have faces and names of those who have died, plus what they meant to friends, neighbors, relatives and co-workers.

A case in point I had gotten an email from a fellow member of the Knights of Columbus named Francis Boccabella Jr. who lost his son Francis Boccabella III from COVID-19. Which I had found most sad.

You see those who have passed away many of us might have known and that is what has brought it home.

All those people have died, again are just not numbers and we must remember that.

As such I offer my heartfelt prayers to the many who have lost love ones and some of which left us too soon.
