Students and faculty at New Hyde Park Memorial High School participated in a variety of workshops and events in March in recognition of Youth Art Month.
The month kicked off with a faculty art contest. It continued with workshops, such as printmaking, Photoshop and chalk art. Both faculty and students enjoyed a paint night with teacher Danielle Livoti and art history bingo led by art chairperson Katrin Marino. Members of the New Hyde Park Memorial School community also signed an Art Week banner to show their support of the arts.
